In a corporate context, a "Joy Talk" might be a type of presentation, workshop, or speech that to uplift and motivate employees or community members by emphasizing the importance of joy, happiness, and positive emotions in the workplace. This could tie into discussions about employee well-being, work-life balance, team morale, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Dr. Deb has been asked to speak at the Society of Human Resources, Rotary Clubs, Universities and School Districts, Mom groups and corporate retreats in the midwest and pacific northwest. References are available upon request.
